Exchange and return of goods
You can exchange or return an item within 14 days after purchase, according to the Consumer Protection Act.
To take advantage of this opportunity, please make sure that:
- goods that were not in use and have no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, dirt, on wheels of a stroller, a forum of scuffs or scratches from driving on asphalt, etc.;
- the goods are fully equipped and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
- all labels and factory markings saved;
If the goods do not work, the exchange or return of goods is carried out only if there is a conclusion from the service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions are not violated.
Where and how can I exchange or refund?
You can exchange or return the goods at the following address: Kiev, 154 Borshchagovskaya St., Marmalade shopping center, 1st floor, from Monday to Friday: from 10-00 to 19-00, on Saturday: from 11-00 to 14-00.
Before you go, be sure to call the manager and make an appointment!
When returning the goods you need to have a passport with you. We will refund the money on the day the product is returned or, if there is no money at the checkout, no later than 7 days later.
If you do not live in Kiev, you can send the goods back using the delivery service. If the product has its presentation and packaging, we will exchange it for you or refund the money.
The exchange and return of goods of good quality is carried out at the buyer's expense within 14 days from the date of sale, provided that the presentation of the purchased goods, its packaging, and the presence of documents confirming the fact of purchase are preserved.
